Refunds and Returns

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange an item. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all packaging contents.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Socks, underwear, or other intimate apparel.
  • Gift cards or sale items 

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@wippet.com.au.  Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Investigation: Our team at Wippet will investigate the validity of the request and a decision will be made if the item can be refunded and/or returned.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return details

  4. Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely and ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached.

  5. Ship It Back: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Customer-Paid Returns: If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., sizing issues or change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Exchanges can be processed for a different size or color (subject to availability). If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative solution.  If you choose to exchange the item for another, you will be liable for the return shipping costs.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

6. Sale & Clearance Items

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions unless 'final sale item'.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
